Mark Seiden and his team sold 2 houses for me in the last 4 months. I appreciate their no-nonsense approach to marketing and selling a home. They use this experience along with deep market research to properly price the home and establish a pricing schedule to meet the seller’s needs. They bring in a professional crew to take pictures that maximize showings and value. This of course comes along with suggestions for how to stage the house effectively. In our case, it was a particularly challenging sale of having a big beautiful home in a somewhat run down neighborhood along side much smaller homes. We worked quickly and diligently to get an offer within a few months, which conveniently turned into bidding war that was handled with absolute cunning. We went from $10k below asking with some annoying repairs from inspection, to full asking with no repairs in an hour or so. After signing the contract, we progressed at light speed to closing, saving us again thousands of dollars. This post-contract process was all handled in a very organized and professional manner by the team, from appraisal to walk-through. Besides these professional and business reasons to choose them, they are just great personalities to work with as well. You will not be disappointed if you choose the Seiden team.

Now it should be further noted, that my property was no easy, cookie cutter listing. For your average visionary, it was potentially a dream location. However, for your typical consumer looking to build a house or develop land, it had many setbacks, (no pun intended). As Mark taught me, it had many disadvantages. It was unimproved and unapproved raw land, and that was the inherent problem.
