GREAT JOB UNDER THE NEW OWNERSHIP!!! - so I'd been here a few times before with the old ownership, and the work done was so-so. Not great, but it's so close to home I continued to go a few more times. Well, I drive in today and good news, the place is under new ownership. Joey, the new owner, seems great and was very helpful when I brought the car in. The car came out looking awesome - I've got a luxury car so I'm always a bit more concerned about the quality of the wash (no scratches, every spot was cleaned with new rags), and I also got a clay bar polish which also looked fantastic. I'll be going back, without a doubt. This now my #1 place. Trust me, you won't be disappointed!
I had a 9 am appointment I made during the week. I dropped off the car at 9 and later returned about 12:30. The car was in the lot but I was told it would be finished shortly. About an hour later it was "done." I paid and went over the car. One guy was nice enough to go over the tires which were said they were previously dressed. Upon coming home I opened the trunk. It was exactly as I left it when I left the car this morning. $102 for a BASIC detail I would assume as it says on the menu you would have it vacuumed. And 4.5 hours for a BASIC detail. Was not pleased this time around. Unfortunately I feel the employees are running the show. Called for the owner but he or she was not in at the moment.
New ownership brings ABH back from the dead. Great attention to detail and customer service.
I work across the street, I brought my car in for a wash first time. They didnt even wash the rims. I went back immediately and showed the guy and he gave me lip and said i had an attitude? Attitude gave you a $5 tip!! Worst experience ever, better at the regular drive through then this place and the nerve to speak to someone like that !!!! Spend your money elsewhere
I normally do not comment about experiences; but I must say that Joey and his team at ABH are awesome! I highly recommend them and will definitively continue to bring my car there.
About a year ago I had my wife's small SUV detailed here and was pretty pleased. Even the owner went around the car with us to look over the car. It was a no brainer to return for my vehicle.
