Definitely worth a trip. Great bike store that actually has things in stock. I had an emergency flat on an extra large fat bike tire/tube , and not only did he stock one, but had an awesome pump to boot! Great inventory on new bikes as well.

He was careful to make sure I got the correct dropper for my seat height. He even got me in touch with a guru at IBIS to advise on tires for my riding style and trails. He swapped out the stock tires with the perfect setup for my trails. He dialed in the suspension for me, works great. The bike was perfect for for my first ride, built out just right.
The best of the best...from bikes, to parts to service. Couldn't be happier with the 5010 Lou built for me. Going on 2 years and loving it more each ride. And he just installed an ergonomic remote for my reverb. Drop seat is now so fricken fast, I gotta make sure my "boys" are out of the way.
Lou & co went above and beyond to sort out my bike before the US Open. I cannot thank them enough for their time and generosity in helping me sort out a mistake caused by my own hamhandedness.
